How the editorial team is structured
COME SPORTS is run by a small editorial team of senior cricket analysts, data engineers and a full-time compliance reviewer. Account suspension and termination

COME SPORTS is editorially independent. We do not operate a paid fantasy app ourselves. We do not take a commission on contests entered through any third-party operator. Force majeure

In the event of a force majeure event, COME SPORTS will notify affected users via the site banner and the registered email. We will resume normal operations as soon as reasonably practicable after the force majeure event ends.
User conduct — what we expect
COME SPORTS expects users to engage with the site and the companion app in good faith. Prohibited conduct includes: creating multiple accounts to abuse promotional offers, using the app from a restricted jurisdiction, providing false KYC information, attempting to manipulate contest outcomes, scraping the site for commercial purposes, harassing other users or staff, and any activity that we reasonably believe is fraudulent or illegal.
Prohibited conduct may result in account suspension, account termination, forfeiture of winnings and referral to law enforcement. We will notify the user via the registered email before any suspension or termination, except in cases involving suspected money laundering where we may suspend immediately.
Indemnity — what you agree to
By using the COME SPORTS site or the companion app, you agree to indemnify COME SPORTS, its officers, directors, employees and agents from any claim, demand, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your use of the site or the app, your violation of any applicable law, or your infringement of any third-party right.
The indemnity survives the termination of your account and the termination of these terms. The indemnity does not apply to claims arising from COME SPORTS's own negligence or wilful misconduct.

Third-party rights — what they are
These terms do not create any rights for any third party. A person who is not a party to these terms has no right to enforce any provision of these terms. The Indian Contract Act 1872 applies to the interpretation of third-party rights.
Some jurisdictions may grant third-party rights by statute. In those jurisdictions, the statutory rights apply to the extent they cannot be excluded by contract. In India, the Indian Contract Act 1872 does not grant third-party rights unless the contract expressly provides for them.
